I had a funny story about Stella from today to put here and I forgot it already.
Here's a conversation Sophia and I had today on the way to a playdate at Jocelyn's house:
"Mommy, do boys wear barrettes?"
"No, Sophia, they don't."
"Mommy, do boys wear earrings?"
"No." This was the easy answer rather than explain that some boys do. Sophia paused for a moment.
"Mommy, I'm glad boys don't wear barrettes or earrings. You know why?"
"Why is that, Soph?"
"Because then they would look like a girl." She was very serious, not intending to be funny here.
