Miss Stella is quite the character...every night before bed Sophia gives Stella hugs and kisses. Last night, after going into her room to put her down, she said, "Hugs and kisses, Phia." She was stalling, asking for more love. I took her to give more hugs and kisses (Sophia was reading with Daddy) and still she asked again once we got to her room. First thing this morning, as soon as I got her out of the crib, she said, "Where's Phia?" Sometimes she says Sophia but usually says Phia. Anytime Sophia is out of her sight she calls for her or goes to find her. In the car, sometimes Sophia pretends to sleep because Stella calls out, "Wake up, Phia! Wake up!" I have been thinking all along that the day they could have their own conversation in the back seat of my car would be surreal and it really is. It's unbelievable to me that my girls are old enough to hold their own conversation. It feels like just yesterday they were little babies!
Stella is trying to climb up on a bed and just turned to me and clearly said, "I can't do it. Help please."
This morning she was screaming when I was on the phone and I said those were delightful screams. Stella walked around for the next 5 minutes saying, "Delightful screams." She's coping EVERYTHING!!!
